As you can see, I have been mainly concentrating on some preliminary readings that pertain more to the courses I am taking at this time. I am hoping to get more into blogging about my topic later in the summer after I have visited the museums in Dearborn , MI and Washington DC.

Which museums have you visited in DC? My husband and I are planning a trip to DC for our anniversary and we plan to hit some museums. I was looking for some ideas.
I haven't actually visited any museums there yet. This will be my first trip to DC where I actually get to visit anything. We drove through on our way to Florida in 1989. I am going to the Freer and Sackler Galleries and to the Smithsonian's Air & Space Museum. Of course, this is in addition to the typical tourist traps: Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, White House. If time allows, I want to see more of the Smithsonian, like the Portrait Galleries.
